Hotel The Augustin Brussels

We were actually surprised by the small pod coffee machine and water kettle with cozy cups in our room at Hotel The Augustin. The air conditioner kept us comfortable , and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the high-quality shampoo and conditioner from l'occitane. The staff were nice and helpful, and we were able to store our luggage for free. The view from our window was also quite nice, and the wifi was quick.

My experience at this brilliant hotel was good. The room was very spacious, comfy bed.

As for me, the area was not so nice.

The venue was stylish, I loved the stay and the location was ideal really close to many restaurants and both Brussels. All the employees were efficient and amiable. The buffet breakfast was generous and had fruit, fresh bread, cereal, pastries and scrambled eggs.

The stay here was very lovely, liked the hotel, it was spotless with perfect location so close to the old town, Brussels Midi Train station and both Brussels. I was met by brilliant and dedicated staff at the reception. Pastries, breads, scrambled eggs, cereal and toast in the morning were outstanding, the fee was gbp 16 per person...

Staying here was an excellent experience. This place was in a very convenient location, right on a big avenue and close to the center of the city. Service room service was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities in the room were also quite impressive.
